Save A Life Tour informs about the dangers of drunk driving

A part of Humanities week run by Manchester Essex Librarian Sue Krause, and sponsored by the Spalding Trust, the Save A Life Tour came to Manchester Essex High School. Students found it a very effective way to learn about drunk driving by trying out a simulator.

Free program helps students exercise

Bigger Faster Stronger program offers students at MERHS an opportunity to get into shape for free. This program is open to all students, and meets every Tuesday and Thursday after school outside the weight room.

Global Issues class holds fund raiser for anti human trafficking organization, Somaly Mam

 

Cape Ann Pizza displayed their generosity and commitment to the community by hosting the fundraiser this past Monday, February 25th. They donated all earnings from the night to the Global Issues class.

Anatomy class paints locations of muscles

On Monday February 4, students in Maria Burgess’ anatomy class worked on a muscle lab. Seniors and juniors demonstrated what they know about the human body.
