Manchester Essex Middle and High Schools are collecting toys to be donated to Pathways, a non profit that helps families on Cape Ann.
Please bring UNWRAPPED toys to the main office before December 18th.
The band, chorus, and a Capella group SoundWaves have several upcoming performances.

The Manchester Essex SoundWaves will be performing with other local choral groups at a benefit for Ebola Aid and Doctors without Borders on December 12 at 7:30 pm. The event will be held at the First Church UCC of Ipswich, located at 1 Meetinghouse Green on North Main Street. The suggested donation is $20 per person.
Got any used or new books lying around collecting dust? The class of 2016 will be more than happy to take them off your hands for our used book sale. All types of books are welcome such as: thrillers, mystery, fantasy, sci-fi, non-fiction, comic books/graphic novels, and more.
Donation boxes will be located outside of the Middle and High School offices from November 3rd to the 21st. On Saturday November 22nd there will be a book sale at the Manchester Community Center from 10 am to 2 pm.
DECA hosted a Haunted House as a fundraiser. Junior Liam Crossen created a video of the experience.
Last block on Friday October 3rd, the entire middle and high schools met in the gym for the annual fall Pep Rally. Athletic teams and student council representatives were recognized. The traditional student team captains versus faculty scooter race resulted in the faulty winning for the 14th year in a row. Finally, the school watched the first ever Quidditch match in which the seniors played against the underclassmen.
