Cyndi Aldrich Hosts Morning Meditation

Nurse Cyndi Aldrich instructs a meditation session every Tuesday and Thursday morning. Throughout the program, participators close their eyes and relax as Aldrich plays music and reads from a meditation guide. Aldrich’s ultimate goal in doing the Morning Meditation sessions is to provide a way of relieving any anxiety and stress students and faculty may develop throughout the school week.
