The Manchester Essex Regional High school’s Green Team hosted the movie “Bag It” after school this past week. The film is to support the no plastic rule in Manchester. This law will ban the use of plastic bags and help save the environment.
Junior Anna Heffernan and senior Max Nesbit are the two green scholars in charge of this event. Both of the high school students are also working with the town to put the “no plastic bag” law into action. The film “Bag It” gave everyone in the audience a new outlook on uses of plastic bags. “Bag It” informed people about the lifestyles of others who reuse their plastic bags multiple times.
